We have put together an email campaign, where an email is sent out, customers then complete a form to get access to a calculator that sits in MS Forms. Based on their results we are then adding them to a smart list like this:
As we are adding manually we are selecting based on their name and adding them in this way. This step seems to work fine and the person becomes a member of the smart list.
When I then go to schedule the next email, it sees that it will affect one person and that the email runs, but I then get the following error saying the step has been skipped.
This is the flow that we have and I can't see any obvious issues. All of the emails and smart lists referenced are in the campaign
Is this something anyone has come across before or can help with? Thanks
Is any of your other smart lists (low and medium) throwing an error or incorrectly setup?
Ah ok, it seems that it works if I have at least one person selected in each of the smart lists. One of them didn't have a user so I had a red quiggle.
Thanks
Glad you managed to find the issue!
