Missing form field entry

We have a form for Spain where we ask users to select their region. One region even though it's in the list, is then not showing as an option for customers to choose. The region is Vizcaya. Has anyone come across something like this before?

Hi, I'm trying to create a calendar file for an interactive webinar, but can't get it to display the webinar as a link. It always shows the full token e.g.{{member.webinar url:default=edit me}}.How do I get this to work properly?

Thanks, I thought that would be the case. Uses up two of our 12 events though which is a little frustrating. Will just have to work out the best way of creating the programme as it will be one invite and form with the two choices, so I guess it's then just adding people to the webinar programme bas...
