The only way for you to do it is manually through the UI. I'd reach out to support to see if they have a tool that can do it for you since they can typically mass hide/delete fields.

From what I can tell, the only update is in the admin section under communication limits. There is now a "custom" value in the picklist where you can add a custom value. Not very helpful
