Looks like anonymous personalization is a key marketing value prop for RTP based on this email I received today. Shame no one saw the value of this for Marketo users, who use anonymous data to inform their sales teams, instead of relying on passive personalization tactics.

Hi Abdallah, I don't think you would be able to use the webhook to push to an FTP site. FTP would expect a file, and the Webhook is going to send/receive JSON or XML. It's been a while since I've used itDuzzit, but I believe the C2C_ID comes from the ID of the connector you establish in itDuzzit.
