If I create a form, and someone who isn't in our database fills it out, what will happen? Will Marketo capture that and create a new record?

Was Sent Email report/list empty

Hi, I am trying to export our Sent List/Sent Email Report, but no data is being picked up. My smart list includes the name of the email, but nothing is turning up. Even in the campaign results, no one is tagged "Sent". What could be the cause? Thanks in advance!

New to Marketo -- No CRM Integration Yet -- Same Contact in Different ...

Hi! Our company just started using Marketo and we have not integrated our CRM yet. Is it possible to have the same contact in two different data partitions? Or can we choose to have 2 of the same contact so that there can be one record in each data partition? Thanks!

Thank you for your answers. I know that smart lists are dynamic. And I used the exact same criteria for both campaigns--which is why I am puzzled 😞 I'm not able to share screenshots due to some privacy concerns...

Hi Beth! Thank you for your response. Our company is new to Marketo and we are still in the works of integrating our CRM with Marketo. At the minute, we are doing manual data upload. So I don't think it's the first case. As for the second theory, would these support that? Our database grew by a few ...
