Form fill by person not in database

If I create a form, and someone who isn't in our database fills it out, what will happen? Will Marketo capture that and create a new record?

@cjmendoza1894 , Yes, the lead will be captured and added to the database with source activity as Form fill out and the program where the LP lies will be assigned as an acquisition program to that lead.

Yes.  the matching is done on email address to determine if they are not in your database.

if someone already in your database (based on an email match) fills it out, their record will typically be updated unless you've blocked field updates for a form fillout in admin for certain fields.
