I have https:// outside of the token and it shows the people who clicked in a smart list but not in an Email Link Performance. When I hover over the link in the email I sent myself, it shows a different URL (a redirect link most likely), but other links that show the redirect link are being tracked ...

Appreciate the response, Floyd! It is a bummer the MSI Outlook Plugin can only track the first recipient, but it is what it is. We have begun to explore the MSI Plugin for SF and it looks like a much better solution for us as it is tracking activity from all recipients. Thank you!

We are using the MSI Outlook Plugin for our sales team but they would like to send to multiple emails in the BCC field. When we do a test to multiple people, Salesforce is only tracking the activity from the first recipient. Is it possible to have Salesforce track activity from all recipients?

Full individual email bounced list

Is it possible to show a complete list of individuals who may have bounced from an email send? Email Performance shows us how many bounced from our emails but not actually who has bounced from our emails. Was hoping there was a better way to show this than to add a smart list to each program
