I love using tokens to ensure consistency across email communications. It can be hard to keep track of every assets we need to edit when a change occurs. Tokens allow us to make a single edit.
"If you built it you shouldn't be deploying it." I LOVE THIS! I didn't realize how much I loved this until I got into a role where these tasks were already split and I feel like it's tremendous in reducing mistakes.

YES to data normalization! Whenever I start at a new company I spend a good month making sure I understand our database and normalize data as much as possible.
Agree, I'm not a fan of the long wait step because I'm actively removing some users and then checking that they meeting qualifications again at the 89 day mark. Alright sounds like we'll be adding a date field. Thanks everyone.

So what I'm hearing is, there's no way around filtering users added to a list exactly X days ago without a date field? It's just that we have a ton of fields right now and we're actually in the process of cleaning them up so if at all possible I'd rather not create another new field.
