We track leads that come from social media using urls. We have programs for platforms like LinkedIn and have a smart campaign that says if a lead fills out a form on any page with linkedin-organic, for instance, in the url, give LinkedIn program the credit.

I am using an embedded Marketo form on our wordpress website www.signanthealth.com/contact-us. There is a visibility rule that says to display the state field if the country field chosen is United States. I've tested the form in preview and on a Marketo landing page and the field appears as expected...
