Hey Danielle,Are you sending this test email to your email address? If so, does your email address exist as a lead in Marketo?The issue could be that you are attempting to forward the email from a lead record that Marketo doesn't recognize because your test email address is not in the system.

I could be wrong but I am almost certain that I've seen these populate when testing in the past.

That is strange. The only thing I can think of is that possibly the wrong "Account" in LinkedIn is connected to Marketo. What fields are you mapping from LinkedIn to Marketo? Is email address being mapped?We ran in to the problem of not being able to map work email which was a deal-breaker for us.
