In the official Marketo documentation it says "Per Day is based on the calendar day in the subscription time zone (midnight-midnight)".  But in reality the communication limit does not refresh mid night and it rather works in a 24 hour window. For reference : My customer has set a communication limit as 1 email per day. An email was sent at 10 am yesterday and today at 10 am an email is skipped due to communication limit. I tested this briefly and also discussed this with fellow Tier 3 colleagues and  confirmed that the refresh window for communication limit is actually 24 hours and not mid night.  So when you send an email today at 10 am , make sure send another at 11 am the next day.  Hope this helps. We have an option in Marketo to customize the password expiry duration in Admin > Login Settings. You can then click edit on Security Settings and change the Expiration, but there is no such option available for Tout (marketo sales engage) customers. I see a lot of customers who need to change the password every three months in Tout wish to have a single login for both Marketo and Tout or at least have the option of customizing the password expiry duration in Tout.   ... Many customers request Marketo to add "Share List View Between Users" feature in the coming update.  I see it is not possible as of now. As a Technical support engineer I faced a handful of customers who reach support to ask if the feature is available or will it be implemented in future.  Usage : In one account , cx may create "N" no of view based on their reporting or export purpose.. if another user required the same.. it will be useful, if share option is there.. rather than duplicating manually.. time saving process.
