Currently, I have built a default program with channel as "operational"; does it imply that the email that will be triggered will also be operational? in that case, should I re-build my program using Email program so that the email doesn't go to unsubscribed or blocked users?

Yes even I feel that is the case.Also, Marketo team mentioned that the domain that we use as "Reply To" in most of our emails is blacklisted in Spamhaus DBL. Is there any action needed from our end for the same?
