We are experiencing the same issue. For now, I just told my colleagues not to open sent email - However, its not a viable solution in the long run. Is there any other way to solve this problem?

Thanks for your reply!I noticed frequent activity on our website in our analytics tool. The visitor(s) came in through a tracked Marketo link and I'd like to find out who that lead is.
