Unfortunately not. The webhook workaround only provides real-time registration data, but getting attendee data back into Marketo post-webinar is a case of manually uploading.(Please fix this Marketo!!!!).
We use the webhook detailed on this link as a workaround for updating registrants on GTW in real-time and it works fine for us!

We had the same issue - Marketo told us to reach out to SFDC who informed us that this was a developer support issue. Since we don't pay for that degree of SFDC support from them we are unsure of how to fix this ongoing issue.
