I would add 2 more that I have experienced: - Assigning SFDC Leads to an inactive user or owner of a higher hierarchy: this will cause the lead to be hidden from Marketo sync user and will start trowing these "Insufficient Privileges on Cross- Reference Entity" and cause lead and camp...
