Hey Scott,If you're using the Email Program Marketo, will automatically set the status to "Member" but anything else will require you to set up Smart Campagins - https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000PlAYAA0

It happens when we add a token to populate the primary product name in the email subject line: http://screencast.com/t/rbdgzveqDkL. The token does populate with the correct info when sent, however when shown in Sales Insight the product name is not populated.

When our sales reps check activity in Sales Insight the tokens do not show the wording that was populated when the email was sent: http://screencast.com/t/cDuRlCRbdAnyone know if this can be fixed? It would be help our sales reps out if this information would populate.Thanks,
