Show and Hide on Visibility Rules

When setting up visibility rules on a field (Nearest City, in this e.g.), is there a way to 'Show' and 'Hide' at the same time.I want to be able to Show Nearest City for certain countries and Hide for few others. Is this possible?

No . Every time i follow the steps and hit 'Save', it resets to a new date.I still did not get the LinkedIn-Marketo sync issue resolved. So the leads are getting collected in Linkedin, but not flowing to Marketo.

I don’t use Gmail or Outlook. Will the Gmail's Marketo Sales Insight plugin work with Apple mail? Maybe the fact that it eventually routes everything through the gmail server means it might work with gmail. Please let me know.

That's true. I'm aware that it was google's feature and not Marketo's. I meant to use this feature of google/gmail (which i agree is not hassle free) until Marketo rolls out their 'Add to Calendar' .
