Hi Thanks for the quick response, yes we have approved and closed the forms, gone back to the website and refreshed the pages containing the forms with the updates but still no DC showing up in the State field drop down.I will pass this on to support and see if they can tell me how to fix these issu...

Hi Dan, I figured i would ask my question in this thread since it is related.When choosing the Form Locale i have noticed that there are always multiple choices, for example when making the form use the Spanish language I then go to Form Locale and have the choice of Spain or Spanish (among others)....
