    We don't want them to be counted in the test but when the test is done and we declare a winner, can we add them to the full file send?

    HI Denise, When I go to my smart list for the EXCL-Employees those filters are not shown.I sent out two emails on Monday with the seed list (EXCL-Employee) within the campaign and had no problems. When I say "the list" yes I am talking about EXCL-Employees, and no I am not assuming, I am seeing them...

    Thank you, Chris. In the past, I have been able to use both the subject line test and the email that was tested within the "Not Opened Email" filter. It is not the only asset in the program and every other asset shows up in the drop down. I have tried to use "starts with" and it does not work.

    I want to send my email to the ones who did not open the original send. When I go to segment them out using "Not Opened Email" the email will not show up!
