I don't think I quite understand this question. But for mass approval of emails, I would go to Design Studio and click on "Emails". There will be a long list that you can sort and mass approve. I hope this helps! -Kim
Yep, I'd do what Adam is saying. You could also throw in the "Sync with SFDC" flow step just to be sure.

Hey Rasmus,I don't quite understand what you're saying the content/message of the email is that wouldn't change.However, I can say that in engagement programs, you cannot receive the same piece of content more than once.I would set this up as a normal batch campaign and schedule it on a weekly basis...
Salesforce users won't be able to make any changes in marketo - if they have the MSI plugin they can only take actions in SFDC. They can send and track emails, add leads to campaigns, and get lots of insights into lead actions and history. They can modify templates you provide to them but can't save...
