Avoiding Duplicates

We have 2 main sources of lead creation - leads coming from Salesforce, and leads being uploaded to Marketo via List Import.Sometimes we are finding that duplicates are being created when email@gmail.com was originally created in Salesforce, and synced over, as well as when it was imported via list....

Track Clicks on "View as Web Page"

Is it possible to track the number of clicks from an email on the "View as Web Page" link?I set up a test and did not see the click appear in an Email Performance Link Report.

Prevent Syncing of SF Leads

Is it possible to prevent Salesforce Leads from syncing to Marketo, while allowing Contacts to continue to sync?Our business model requires us to target Contacts only in our marketing operations, while not sending anything to Leads.

Thanks, Chris. From the article on Universal ID it seems to be talking about switching between multiple subscriptions. We have only one subscription with multiple users with a variety of roles. Is this the same thing (and my terminology is mixed up)?

I am my company's Marketo admin, yet I am unable to view certain reports that are in private folders. We use a single workspace. Is there any way to bypass this so I can see any report created in my instance?

We don't need it for web activity, we just use it for unsubscribe pages.Any suggestions for solving this issue? How to interpret a string field to a True/False field in Marketo?

Date range is All TimeYikes. How stupid of me. I had 2 similar reports and screenshotted the wrong one.This Smart List is closer to the report = 799 people - but still off from the report.
