    We ended up reverting to the legacy editor as there was no benefit to the new editor, only made us prone to user errors such as forgetting to "copy from HTML".You can revert to legacy in Admin > Email > Edit Editor Settings > Text Editor Version: Legacy

    I completely agree! Not having this feature is such a pain, I do not understand the need to get rid of it. The new simplified "WYSIWYG" editor is a joke and a huge time sink.

    Thanks, Eric. It was a form fill, which is the odd part, I'd also expect it to be more from an import. I'll keep an out for any others to see if there's a trend in a certain lead source pushing these invalid characters.

    Has anyone seen an odd symbol next to a lead or contact name and know what causes it? Seems to be a foreign character not supported by Marketo, but want to verify the source to prevent it from appearing in future lead records.Thanks.
