Hi Poornima,I believe workspaces are only available in certain editions of Marketo. I would recommend reaching out to your Marketo accountmanager for more information on this.
We have the same solution as Kristen in place. An extra addition that we made to align contact owners to the account owner is a batch script running in SFDC once a day to change all contact owners into the account owner.
