Thank you for getting back to me.I set up a lead performance report but I am getting an error running report message. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

I'm not seeing the custom date after the dash so I guess my custom date field isn't set up correctly.

OK, I added my tokens in and created a Lead Performance Report, but when I click on the Report tab I am getting an 'Error Running Report' message.

I have the same question as Loic. Our business team is requesting to know the exact dates that someone filled out a particular form on a particular page. The Smart List method doesn't seem like the right way to go because you'd have to keep changing your date range for each day. I saw your response ...

Thank you! Yes, I tested in an incognito window and everything seemed to be fine for me.I'm just really confused on why a few of our employees are seeing this person's contact information filled out within the form.
