I think I am having the same issue.My landing page is approved and my progressive form is approved. I put the form on the page and when I tested it the first time I see my standard fields and 2 of the progressive fields (I used 2 for the number of blank fields) I hit submit and everything is working...

Our internal data quality team is cleaning up the data in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) by merging duplicate contacts. You should be able to put this into columns. Try dragging "Card Payments" to the right of "Active View" You should see an orange arrow.

Hi Dan, yes, this is correct. But I didn't want to have our admin create a new field in CRM/Marketo just for this.
