Hi Lillian HuangIt's hard to tell without seeing the lead activity. Is there a way that a flowstep could be adding them back into the campaign? If you look within their lead activity you should be able to find a trail that you can trace back to what added these leads back into the campaign.

It will NOT send the email to previous leads that have entered through the smart campaign, any new leads will be sent the email.
