What does the "Results" tab show for that smart campaign?

We had this issue with some of our event campaigns, our reps wanted to sign up for the prospects that they spoke to in person. I'd love to hear of a good solution or workaround.

Personally, when I set it up I would not have the Choice 2 in there. But it will not make a difference.

Roxann is correct, when editing the email, select "Edit Settings" and make sure "Publish to Marketo Sales Insight" is checked!

Geoff,Are you creating the templates in Marketo and publishing to MSI? I've noticed we have some that render differently when created that way and sent from the Outlook plug-in. Any best practices are appreciated!
