I would add a 3rd option to Sandy's fine suggestions - assuming you use Salesforce.com:3. Create a formula field in SFDC to sum the different scores. The downside of this method is that the scoring aggregation only occurs if and when the person gets synced to SFDC.BTW - I hope I'm not violating forum...
Hi Jen,I agree with Dan Stevens that your best bet is to find an agency - or a self-service provider because the Marketo-provided templates are not tested often do not pass the test of display compatibility with different email platforms. I have a designer I always use when my clients need email tem...
Thanks, Darrell - That's a clever idea but it wouldn't work in this case because I'd need another option that doesn't exist "Member of SFDC Campaign is any." This is an unusual setup here. I have a workaround - to add new fields to SFDC so that I can use Data Value Changes triggers. I was just hopin...
Hi Jeffrey,I agree with Greg.To answer your question, here is where you would look to see if the program were synced to an SFDC campaign. If a program is synced to an SFDC campaign, flow steps that add to/remove from or change status in SFDC campaigns are ignored by Marketo.Denise

Each smart list will have a filter for "Clicked Link in Email->Email is____->Link Is___" where Link is will be one of the 3 times requested2) Create a Smart Campaign to with a Send Email Flow steps with constrai...
Hi Jeffrey,Could you please show us a screenshot of the Flow of your triggered campaign? Also, by any chance is the Marketo program that the campaign lives in synced to a (different) SFDC campaign?Denise
The filter "Member of SFDC Campaign" has constraints available for virtually all the SFDC Campaign fields. But the "Added to SFDC Campaign" trigger has only 3 constraints: status, date of activity, min. number of times. Is there any way to add the SFDC campaign fields to the Added to SFDC Trigger co...
Hi Megan Popma,If you created a Smart Campaign with a Remove from Flow flow step in it,as in Dory's example, there isn't a reason to mistrust the results. However, you can look at the Results tab of that Smart Campaign to reassure yourself that people were actually removed. Also, once the 1 week wai...
Good idea! I just voted for it.
To add further elaboration - it's definitely useful to use hidden fields on forms to capture the UTM parameters - but you can capture the utm data without doing so - like this:The "Referrer" contains the utm parameter string. One advantage to this approach is that you know that the relevant utm para...
