Try https://app-YOURPOD.marketo.com/supportTools/sfdcSyncStats. We are on SJ07 so that's what I put in the YOURPOD section of that URL. Support gave me this URL a few months ago as my backlog was in the millions across a few objects.
Hi Malik -- I'd recommend reaching out to support for an error like that.
The OID parameter is part of their tag BUT the value needs to be generated by your system. You can use the lead ID but you need to find a way to pass it back into the OID parameter which will most likely require developer help. We use some custom javascript that sets the value as a random number. As...
I've seen that a delay can happen if you have a lot of salesforce records on a specific object (lead, contact, account, etc) that changed since the last sync. You can check how many records Marketo has updated in a given timeframe or the backlog for each SFDC object here: http://yourinstance.market...

We are manually grabbing the cf_synd_id that is passed through in the short URL given to people participating in the referral offer and capture that same parameter in a hidden fie...
Hey Matthew, yes, the trigger and filter are nested under the referral program as local assets. Marketo support helped me test and it wouldn't work for them either.
Morten Callesen I'm having the same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Support is unable to help me at this point.
I heard back from support and these "People" changes were rolled out to our instance when we renewed and we will see People in our instance moving forward. They indicated that if you have an active instance, you might see this change after the renewal of your Marketo subscription and brand new insta...
