Rachel, Thanks for your insight. I'm think I didn't articulate my question very well. Currently all leads are synced with SFDC. However I'm trying to determine how many of our leads in Marketo already had a record in Salesforce prior to being synced. I'm not sure if that helps clarify my questions at all.
