If a person click a link in email which is directed to one webpage into our website, Will following action capture in his activity log? 1- click link in email activity 2- visited web page

We are planning to run an A/B Test email program using "From Address". There will two test variant - 1 with using actual email from address 2 with Token as you can see below From Address: A - {{lead.Lead Owner Full Name}} {{lead.Lead Owner Email Address}} B - Test owner full name - Test@test.com We never used Token for "From Address" AB Test email program before (we had run using Whole email address with token) Are we able to use Token such lead owner email address instead of email address under 'From Address' AB email test?

We sent two emails which have same links and contents to different people. Email 1 - to contact owner which we used token Email 2 - to people who doesn't contact owner which we didn't use token to pop up contact owner Both email sent in a single smart campaign using choice option. But we noticed in Link performance report that all link in Email 2 are mentioned malformed links, but same links in other emails doesn't have this issue. We also had targeted same audience before, but we didn't find this issue before. I heard from a post that email program, anti-spam filter, or browser will mangle the token that identifies your lead. The token is the last piece of a Marketo email link, and can sometimes get cut off for length. When this happens, Marketo is not able to trace the unique lead that clicked the link, so our reports will display malformed link. But if that is case why one email with same links doesn't have issue, we also targeted same audience before.

Hi @Katja_Keesom We have created Registration Error status for channel specified to Event. We used both values to exclude them while we're sending email. but it turns out no one receive email

We ran a smart campaign with following flow step. People have gone through all flow step except "Send Email" Flow Step: 1- Send Email If - Program Status - is not - Registered, Registered Error- Send Email - Email 1 2- Add to list add list In above set up. People have gone through 2 flow and added to list. But they didn't receive email. In result tab is says "Do Nothing' was set for this choice, 2 people skipped" When I cloned same smart campaign and removed one value from choice, email sent out as follows: 1 Send Email If program status - is not - Registered, Send Email - Email 1 2 Add to list Add people to list In above campaign people received email and added list (gone through all flow step) Do you know why does this happen?

We created a batch campaign with following format: Member of smart list Flow: 1- Wait - Type : Date, must end on 13 April BST 10:00 2- Send email: email We did run this campaign with "run now", but once batch campaign ran, no one received email on the specific time. Why this happen? Wait step on top of flow won't work for batch campaign?

@Oz_Platero We use 'Opened Email: Subject Line: "{{trigger.subject}}" to track interesting moment for all our email open activity in MSI Tab. We are able to see person open activity with subject line of email in MSI. But we are unable to see subject line of person open acitivity in MSI for AB Test program we created using two different subject lines. Is it expected behavior?

We ran a AB Test program with two different subject line, and we have an Interesting Moment campaign to capture open activity with subject line. we use token to capture the subject line. We are unable to see subject line for this AB test program in activity line, it appears 'Opened Email: Subject Line: "" ' Do you have any idea why this occur and any solution for this?

We have a campaign set up to trigger the subject link to update Open activity with subject line in MSI. But I noticed that {{trigger.subject}} isn't working for email open activity for the email in A/B Test program which i used to test From Email address. Can you please let me know why does this happen?

We can see that xxxxxxx@xxxx record is marked as Email Invalid with cause '550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected', and unable to send any email from Marketo. But Salesperson is able to send him email outside of Marketo. Can anyone please let me know when the 550 5.4.1 error occur and why Salesperson is able to send email outside of Marketo?

We sent someone confirmation email which has webinar url to someone who filled out form using trigger campaign. But we came to know he used different email. Now we want send him a seperate email which contain webinar url token to attend webinar Can I use a batch campaign -use the filter 'email address' and in flow step- ''change status' as' Registered' and send a confirmation email which contain {member.Webinar – url}}. - will it be give webinar unique link to recipient to attend the webinar?

Hi Ellie, Thanks for your response. We have a lookup field created in Salesforce to store multiple sales owner information. Since it is a lookup field, Marketo can only sync the Salesforce ID's. In this case, we need to create a custom text field in Salesforce to copy the text value from the Owner Lookup field. However, to capture all the standard field information such as (Sales Owner First Name, Sales Owner Last Name, Sales Owner Title, Sales Owner Phone Number,Sales Owner Email Address) and to send personalized emails in Marketo with different Sales Owners, we need to create multiple custom fields in Salesforce. Since our records are tagged with more than 3 Sales Owners in Salesforce, we don't want to end up creating 15 to 20 custom fields to sync these information to Marketo. So we would like to know how to proceed further on this!

We have multiple sales owners for a single contact record based on our Line of Business. Many of these contacts have three sales owners as those are part of all three Line of Business (one for each LOB). As we would like to send personalized emails using different Salesforce Owner from Marketo, we would like to push all these Sales owner fields information to Marketo without creating multiple custom fields in Salesforce. Any suggestion is appreciated.

In Marketo Database, I found there are many records which have different email addresses with same Full Name. we found that all these records are belongs to the same person. For example, we have a person with an email address 'abc@compA.com' , then the person moved to a different company and entered into our database with new email address "abc@compB.com' with same full name. we are sure that these records are duplicate records, but not sure how to handle duplicate records based on full name. Is there any insight to manage duplicates based on full name?
