I'm looking for suggestions on how others have managed giving Sales Reps the ability to block certain leads/opportunities from getting Marketo marketing emails in Salesforce. We want to AE's to have this ability when they are closing in on a sale, or in other instances during the buying cycle.

I am new to Marketo and have noticed a signifcant drop in deliverability in subsquent email blasts to the same list of leads. These are people who have opened and clicked through previous emails, and haven't unsubscribed. Any suggestions or tips, or potential areas to troubleshoot on this issue?
