can't you use a flow step to send the alert as the last step in a flow after email x was delievered?Add the choice, if email x was delivered, send alert email to campaign owner x.
I don't think so, thats marketo tracking. If you want to look up, its best to go throuth the lead data base and get the record ID number after you make a call by email addres. I'm sure you can create a custom field in SFDC and have a workflow rule to stamp that field with the contents of 'View in Marketo' field which contains the Marketo ID.I've not tried it but thats where I would work with my SFDC Admin to see if it's possible.

Thats not technically a web page. Try the web page that your above links are on and use a Visited webpage fillter to see if you generated any leads. If the webpage is brand new, then you must go visit it to stamp your lead with that activity history.
