I Think SFDC ID is a system column view and it won't allow you to export. Try to add SFDC Lead ID and SFDC Contact ID. This will give you the ability to export your list with IDs intact.

Is this manually done by your Sales reps when creating the event/task, they click on the pick list and select Opportuinity then use the look up field to find the Opp?When triggering the Task in Marketo there is no field for this to select or edit.

highlight the tag you want to add a new value first, then at the top of the tag section click on the 'New' pick list with the green plus sign.Select 'New Tag Value' from that pick list. Here you can add a new value to you Product tag.
I don't think you can as more likely that the Step ID you see is a system field which will not be available to you for use in reporting, Smart list filters/constraints etc.
