try scaling back some of your filters and build it back up to see where the number starts to get higher.I would remove the 'Is Closed' filter since your using 'Is Won'.Your using a custom integration, are you able to view contacts who have an opportuinity on thier record?

Correct!On the home page of your Marketo program, make sure you have not selected a SFDC campaign or all memebers will get pushed over.

Yes,In your region pick list you can set up the values, when selected for another field to appear on the form.Similar when Country value US is selected, then the State picklist appears.
