Josh is correct here, you're not authorized to create support tickets. If I remember, Standard support gives on 4 authorized users to create tickets, Premier 6 and 8 for Elite support.Did someone recently change your status?

You have a work flow rules that is triggering in SFDC when a new lead is created based on some criteria.Check with your SFDC admin to show you the rules that are being triggered when this lead was created and see why email address is being set at null.Also, ask to check if the Marketo user (the SFDC...
As your leads are created in SFDC first, its happening there. Your change data values is happening on the SFDC side.Can you open up the 'Change Data Value' Email address row item to see what is happening?

Looks like your going round in circles.Marketo will accept a duplicate record from your CRM. Now Marketo cant create duplicates based on email address from list uploads or form fills etc. But if you have a flow thats pushing contacts to a SFDC queue, marketo can create a duplicate in SFDC. try scaling back some of your filters and build it back up to see where the number starts to get higher.I would remove the 'Is Closed' filter since your using 'Is Won'.Your using a custom integration, are you able to view contacts who have an opportuinity on thier record?
I'm corrently using Strikeiron. Been setting it up now and so far it's great. We use the Webhook and makes calls on form fill. I have a few smart campaigns listening for the return calls for any bad codes that allow me to automate putting records into our suspend flow.
