The hack didn't end up working. I wasn't able to replicate it the following Monday which was very disappointing so we came up with a new workaround. We purchased a domain name that is vague enough that it could apply to all three of our business lines. That is what we use for the branding domain now...

A full admin can give an existing role access to the Email Admin area without granting full admin accessibility. It's not ideal but that would be one way to do it if your admin isn't the same person that's creating the emails.

I have found tons of information about how to set up workspaces but no mention of why it wouldn't appear as an option under security (see attached photo). I am an admin so I believe that I should be able to see it, unless there's an area where I have to turn it on.
