I recently put in a case and the engineer was able to recover some emails that I had mistakenly deleted! I knew the id numbers. After a bit of time, the send data returned and was present in email reports as well!

Nope! You are incorrect. I did put a support case in. The emails were recovered along with the send data. I will not archive them because I want them to show up in my email reports. All is good. If the lead owner list is not too large, what about dynamic content?Make a segmentation by lead owner. Then the section with the special link (or the entire email) can be dynamic.
