Ha!You can do some pretty cool things with tokens. Generally, I use the first name and company name tokens. I also like to use the "Lead Owner" token in the "From email" field to make it appear that the email is coming from the sales person who owns that lead.

Nicole, there are many things you can do here.One thing you could do is add these new leads to a List and remove them as they reach certain milestones or when the 14 days are complete. For your other campaigns, you would build into your Smart List to exclude leads who are a member of that list.
