HI Joe,Go to Admin --> Integrations --> Salesforce.There you will see two fields under the "Edit Sync Options". The two fields are "Default Company Name" and Default Last Name"If you fill in these values, we will use this anytime we sync a record where these fields are empty.ThanksAj

Elliot,Very similar, except it wont have the user specific info required for upgrading.If you do have users having issues, please open a case with support and they will troubleshoot.Aj
Hi Erin,We plan to send out the reminder email in a week. July 10th or 11thWe will only send it to the folks who have not yet upgraded. I'll make that list available to support and you can call in and ask if there are any folks from your team on it.Aj
Erin - If for whatever reason any user did not get this email, you can resend the invite email from Admin--> Sales Insight --> Email Add In to that user. The install and the upgrage path is the same.
