Hi Greg,Does this hold true for a webinar/event campaign as well? I have a user who wants to automate as much as she can but there are often last-minute changes. Sometimes that just means changing the text in the email but other times, it means delaying and email or not sending it at all.Karyn

I might, although I don't personally use MSD.For this question, I wasn't (and am still not) sure the problem is happening because there's something not right in MSD or something not right in Marketo.
