I can go to Admin > Users & Roles and that has a tab for Users and a tab for Roles, but nowhere can I find access to Permissions or Access Marketing Activities. I'm having the same issue. I realize the guided pages are restricted because they're responsive but surely re-ordering the modules could be done in a way that doesn't break the responsiveness? It shouldn't be much different from turning them off or on.
