Thanks for the thoughts, guys.Grant, the user isn't logged into multiple accounts and clearing the cookies didn't help. It's been like this from day one for him, so I'm really not sure what's happening.Justin, email sent.

I have just checked with him and he is using Google Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m which appears to be up to date.

What about program tokens? It seems they can't be resolved in a MSI email. Any way around this?In theory if a MSI email resides within a program in Marketing Activities shouldn't the tokens render upon send?
