Thanks Josh,I do see in the user's activity log that the email was sent June 23, whereas the Soft Bounce came June 25.If I understand correctly Marketo was attempting to send this to the recipient, but was unable to do so within 24 hours so it became expired. It still doesn't really solve my problem...

I do have several fields set to pre-fill. If I fill out the form and then re-visit the page I see the same thing I fileld out last time.When a user who has never filled out one of our forms receives an email from us and clicks the link to the form it should at least pre-fill their email address, but...
