Over the past week or so, we’ve seen a serious issue with hard bouncing addresses from AOL and Cox. These are aliases that ostensibly reached inboxes a week prior, too, according to the 'delivered' metric. Anything on anyone's radar? Investigating to the extent I can.
Thanks, Rachel. That's kind of the approach I was eyeballing ... as we were sending a 24-hour reminder as well. So send a reminder 1 day before appointment time, wait 23 hours, deploy the second email.
Got a lead attribute with date and time for an appointment. 8 appointment slots per day. Trying to set up a one-hour reminder so that 9am guy gets an alert at 8am. Not sure why I can't figure this out, but the date token approach seems to be hard coded to "days." Any suggestions?Thanks,Dan
