Bi Directional Sync

Hi we need to upload list of lead in Marketo.Only Sync when they do any activity or reach score to 100.Is it true because my salesforce and marketo sync is bidirectionalit will always sync all leads in Marketo even I don't run through the Sync to salesforce or add to salesforce campaign.

How do I track No Show or Attended webinar registrant in salesforce.Every time user register for webinar we sent them confirmation email and add to SFDC campaign.How do i sync status (attended/No show ) to salesforce at campain member.

Yes you will create Smart campaign within program.Then in Smart list you will use trigger "Fills out Form" - XYZIn Flow step, you will use "Send email" -- your confirmation email.
