David, were you able to find out where the tokens reside? I have emails that use tokens but i cant find the tokens that are being used, they are not on the program level and I can't find tokens on Admin.

Dan, just a follow-up question to that. what if we are setting up an event now and my instance timzeone is in EDT, but by the time the event happens us on the east coast will be in EST. What do I do? My even will be at 1PM Eastern Time. Do I set it up at 1PM EDT and tell people it will be at 1PM ET...

If I have two active revenue cycle models, can the same person be in both of them? I ask this because we are revamping our RCM and the campaigns that run people through it, but at some point, I will have to have people on both models when I activate the new one and then take some time to deactivate...
