Hi Matt,If you go to Admin > Field Management and select the Phone Number field, you will see a list of all assets, including forms, that currently use that field. You'll have to copy/paste the names of the forms into a document and inspect the forms manually to see if the field is required or not....
I don't have too much knowledge on APIs, but there looks to be an extra space in the first email value (between the - and the 1) Maybe that is what is throwing the error since the email address field can't have spaces?
