It depends on if you're using your progression statuses. If Operational doesn't have the statuses that you want a lead to cycle through for that program, you'll need to add them. I know that no matter the email type, we always want the status to update for delivered, opens and clicks.
We actually do it a bit different. Instead of creating a list for our random sample, we do it at the send email level. Our lists are normal for the campaign. Then when we pick "Send Email" in the flow, we do an option so if random sample is whatever then send email 1a and the default is to send emai...
Love it! I can see the My Bookmarks being one of my favorite new things!
I know that ours happened twice because we reached the maximum number of API calls for our SFDC instance. It took us a long time to figure that this was why it had happened, but we noticed we had a high number for the last 24 hour period and were able to figure it out that way.
Subscribing! I'm very interested in this because we're trying to break the barrier between leads & contacts right now. We've been working on convincing our sales people to add contacts to their opportunities so that we can finally get some real reporting. I'd love to know how others are handling thi...

What we've found is that there's always exceptions that can fit into more than 1 folder, but we generally organize by which sales group would handle the inquiries. With the way we are strucutured, we have a folder for our small m...
We use tokens a lot for webinars, especially when we do a series of webinars. The tokens contain everything from webinar name to the dial-in information to the date/time of the event. This way we can clone it and our landing pages, emails, reminders, registration, etc are all half done for each webi...
How are they setting up the meeting? Is it something that can be tracked within Marketo? I'd set up send 1 email, wait, then have a choice for send email 2 where if they set up a meeting, do nothing but if they don't, then send email 2.
I'm sure I can help make you feel better. Just last year, my first mistake in a really long time... I set up my campaign to go to a list of our clients with an email directing them to a landing page with a form. When someone submits the form, we have an internal email that starts with "Alert" in the...
