Support Marketing colleagues with developing and deploying email marketing programs, applying best practices for email design and deliverability. Improve the health of Marketing databases by managing list upload and data cleansing efforts. Build and manage web forms and follow-up programs. Champion Marketo usage at WCG, providing training, answering questions, and making recommendations on achieving optimal results with the platform. Analyze program performance and provide reporting and recommendations for improvement. Provide support for internal Marketo users and troubleshoot issues. Support the integration of Marketing and Sales technology with Marketo. Support the Director of Digital Marketing in onboarding and optimizing new marketing technology. Collaborate with Content Marketing and Design team members to produce industry-leading marketing and Sales experiences.
